Counselling in Suffolk

I was born and grew up in Suffolk although I have lived and worked in London and abroad. I moved back to Suffolk ten years ago to make a permanent home here.

Prior to counselling I worked in senior management roles in public relations for media companies. I have been a volunteer for various charities over the years, ranging from a homeless centre in London to a Sue Ryder charity - to name just two. I bring a great deal of life experience to my therapeutic work and I understand the stresses and worries of everyday living.

I am lucky to live in a beautiful rural location, which provides a quiet and peaceful environment to work with my clients.

My location, between Clare and Cavendish on the Suffolk / Essex border makes me ideally served to offer counselling to anyone based in Haverhill, Sudbury, Long Melford or surrounding villages.
