It is a difficult and anxious time for everyone, but Coronavirus should not stop you from having counselling if you feel it will help you. Counselling does not have to be face-to-face and that is why I am offering all my current and new clients telephone or online counselling at present. Telephone counselling is something I have practised for many years and it works very well.

I would like to offer NHS workers and Carers counselling at greatly reduced rates during these difficult times so please contact me by phone or email to discuss this.

I am a fully qualified counsellor living in Suffolk between the villages of Clare and Cavendish. I can offer support when the challenges of life become overwhelming; whether it’s bereavement, divorce, too much stress, depression, sadness, or anxiety, there are many ways that counselling can help people through difficult times. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, someone who is professionally trained to listen and understand.

Visiting a counsellor may seem daunting or even a bit scary at first, but by making that all important decision to try and seek help you are already on the way to improving your life and how you feel.

“I believe we all have it in us to change our lives and make them better. Sometimes we simply need someone to help us find our way and that is what I try to offer my clients.”

There may be many times in our lives when we face problems that we do not feel able to handle on our own. That’s when it helps to talk to someone with professional experience who can listen and help. Your problems might be longstanding or something you have felt recently, but there comes a moment when seeking help is simply the right thing to do.

Facing difficulties can be lonely and frightening, and that is why I am here for my clients. I am a friendly, non-judgemental professional counsellor. I will always give you the care and attention you need to enable you to talk about your fears and problems and I can help you find ways to understand and cope with them.
